Terra Australis

The view of the ocean greets me every morning, its blue waves nudging me out of bed. The paddocks run up the hills and roll down the crests in a blinding green while in the background, majestic pine forests stand sentinel, branch to branch, trunk to trunk, acting as a shield against minds wandering towards the city. They say, "There are cows to be milked, roofs to be swept, and FoxTel whenever you want!"

In the evening, David and I are playing a round of backyard cricket while Alex and Rob stand around the barbie with beercans in hand. Vivien is watching Smokey in its cage having an hour of outdoor time. Welcome to Terra Australis, the land is whispering to me too.
